流心奶黃的餅皮製作使用我們家的獨家配方：磅蛋糕式狀元餅皮，讓中式糕餅有西點的口感。
⭐️流心奶黃包的是濃郁蛋黃香氣與奶香交融的內餡，如果想要吃到流心的感覺可以用烤箱稍微加熱喔！
先預熱烤箱，再用餘溫稍微烤一下就好
千萬不要加熱太久，不然會被烤乾唷！


餅皮部分，我們沒有使用豬油，而是使用安佳奶油來製作
所以吃起來口感不像傳統蛋黃酥那麼酥脆
鴨蛋黃也不會烤的很乾鬆，盡量讓它保持濕潤的口感
所以我們的蛋黃酥整體口感是比較軟嫩濕潤的
和傳統蛋黃酥製法稍有不同
喜歡酥脆口感可以稍微回烤一下再享用
